On Saturday night I went to China’s only Hooters restaurant for dinner with Song Shen, Carl, and Brad. It was pretty amusing to see Hooters in China. I’ve only been there once or twice in the USA, but China’s version seemed just a bit tamer. Also, a bit less… errr… Hootersy. Anyway, we all just so happened to notice all the Hooters girls, and we all (including Song Shen) just so happened to think that our waitress was the cutest girl working there. She was also friendly and nice, and spoke pretty good English.

I won’t go into all the details, but Carl ended up leaving his number with her, and today she established contact with him by SMS. I also did a quick search for Shanghai Hooters online, and found this picture with her in it: (Sorry Carl, don’t mean to embarrass you, I just think that it’s so funny that you’re going to be dating a Hooters girl in China!)
