Last Friday I spent the whole afternoon at ChinesePod headquarters getting a better feel for how the operation works and discussing my first task with Steve, the General Manager.

I also did an interview of sorts with Aric, the producer. It was part of the weekly “news” podcast, and I initially thought they were going to announce that I had joined the ChinesePod team, but that was never really mentioned. I was a little nervous and uncertain about the direction of the interview, so I think I came across as pretty nerdy and uninteresting, but oh well. (I’m not being hired as an entertainer!)
