I pretty much spent the whole weekend working on the new apartment. On Saturday SS and I spent the day deciding on living room furniture and the dining room set, choosing wardrobes for the master bedroom and guest bedroom, and choosing curtains. Today we had to make some decisions about lighting, tiling, and the bar between the kitchen and the dining room.

I never realized how many strong opinions I had on interior design issues until I sunk my entire life savings into the apartment. There was more than a little arguing. I think that’s kind of inevitable, though… nothing serious. In the end, we’re both going to love our new place.
