This month marks some significant milestones for our business:

1. Starting this month I’m in the AllSet office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (I no longer go to ChinesePod on Thursdays; just Tuesdays).

2. Starting this month, our assistant starts full-time, becoming our company’s first non-founder full-time employee (this represents a significant cost commitment and also a commitment to the growth of our business and a company culture).

3. This month, my visa is being transferred from ChinesePod to AllSet Learning. I had no problem processing my visa through ChinesePod, but finally having my own company handle my visa gives me a new feeling of security and freedom I’ve never had in China, ever.

So I’m busier than ever!

Oh, and in case any readers of this blog don’t know, SS is pregnant. The due date is Nov. 17, 2011.
