I finally set a date today for my entrance exams. It will be on Friday, June 3rd, and will be closed book. The worst part is that I still haven’t even finished reading (much less started reviewing) the book that I will be tested on! Still, I think that if I really kick in gear I can get prepared in time. My schedule looks something like this:

• Mon. May 23: Work all day (study some at night).
• Tue. May 24: Work all day (study some at night).
• Wed. May 25: Study all day, get tutored at night.
• Thu. May 26: Greg (Pasden) comes. Show him around. Get some studying in first if he needs time to rest.
• Fri. May 27: Hang out with Greg until he leaves. Study at night.
• Sat. May 28: Go to Helene’s wedding in Hangzhou with Song Shen and Wayne. Come back the same day.
• Sun. May 29: STUDY! Maybe some tutoring too.
• Mon. May 30: Work all day.
• Tue. May 31: STUDY (will try to get time off from work this week).
• Wed. June 1: STUDY (will try to get time off from work this week).
• Thu. June 2: STUDY.
• Fri. June 3: EXAM DAY There’s other stuff going on as well, but I can’t worry about any of it yet. (Well, except for Song Shen’s visa interview on June 2nd.)
