I’ve been pretty busy with work. Lately on top of the news translations, I’ve been proofreading a vocabulary book for Melody (yes, I’ve mentioned it before).

So far my favorite sentences are:

1. We drank a tub of wine. (This sentence is supposed to illustrate the word “tub.” Obviously, when you think “tub,” the first thing you think of is copious amounts of alcohol…)

2. The couch led his team to victory. (…which consisted of what, a love seat, a coffee table, and a floor lamp? Must have been quite a struggle.)
