I am totally psyched about the new office location. It’s within 10-15 minutes of my apartment, on foot! I am going to love walking to work again. This is truly great news.

Here are some pictures to show how much closer the new location will be. (Click through to see larger sizes and notes on the photos.) Good things about the new office location:

1. My commute is drastically reduced!
2. My stress levels are drastically reduced!
3. I can sleep later in the mornings and get home quicker.
4. It will be easier for SS and me to go to different parts of town to eat, since we’ll no longer be coming from opposite ends of town.
5. I can go home for lunch if I want to.
6. It will be easy for co-workers to stop by after work.

Bad things about the new office location:

1. I only have one region for all my food needs now; lunch and dinner will all come from the same group of restaurants.
2. I have little reason to ever leave my Zhongshan Park bubble now (it’s easier to be lame).
3. It will be easy for co-workers to stop by after work. (ha!)

Anyway, I’m looking forward to this switch. It happens April 2.
