So the debate with Alana over the relative unimportance of “pretty” continues. I told her it was better to be awesome than pretty. I told her she’s awesome AND pretty, but I like her awesomeness more than her prettiness.

I also gave her my “pretty list” (the “prettiest girls” in my life) to drive home the point that all the other random pretty girls around us don’t actually matter.

My List:

1. Mommy (my lady)
2. Alana (my daughter)
3. Grandma (my mommy)

After that list, Alana was sure to give a similarly sweet list, right?
